YY Vertical – Vertical Base Hangboard Holder

The YY VerticalBase is a no-drill doorway support that holds a hangboard or training holds inside a door frame, secured with the included safety clamps.
It is suited for climbers who want a removable home setup without drilling into walls.

Important: check your door frame
The VerticalBase may only be installed with the safety clamps (included).
Your door frame must be compatible: trim no more than 1.6 cm thick and between 1 cm and 6.5 cm wide.
Installation without the clamps, on thicker door frames or in hallways is not allowed. A solution for thick door frames and hallways is in development.

What this solves
Many climbers cannot install a fixed hangboard due to space limitations or because drilling into walls is not possible. A flexible and non-permanent mounting solution is needed.

How this solves it
A lateral pressure system fixes the unit inside a compatible door frame without drilling or tools. The safety clamps lock it to the door trim, so it stays stable during training and protects the frame, while remaining fully removable.

Why this tool
Unlike fixed mounts, this system does not require permanent modification. Both faces can take a hangboard or holds, so you can mount two tools. It adjusts to any height, works for dips and push-ups too, and is compact enough to store or transport easily.
