Lattice – Flex Mat – Cork Flexibility Training & Measurement Mat

The Lattice Flex Mat is a measurement-based mobility tool designed for structured flexibility training and progress tracking.
It is suited for climbers who want to treat flexibility with the same precision as strength training.

What this solves
Flexibility training is often unstructured and hard to measure. Without consistent benchmarks, progress is unclear and difficult to track.

How this solves it
With integrated measurement guides and alignment markers, the mat allows you to:

• track range of motion over time
• standardize testing positions
• quantify improvements objectively

Why this tool
Unlike standard yoga mats, this is a tracking system:

• linear scales → measure reach
• angle finders → measure joint positions
• alignment markers → ensure repeatability

This turns flexibility from “feeling-based” into data-driven training.

Best for
Intermediate / Advanced — for climbers who want to train mobility in a structured and measurable way.
