• Crimp — half-crimp finger strength on a 20mm edge (MXS lifting block)
• Pinch — pinch grip strength ( 60mm Golden Grip block)
• Sloper — open-hand strength (80 mm rolling handle)
• Pulling — weighted pull-up strength (belt + loading pin)
